How to manage your Premium membership

The information on this page is for Premium members of The Art of Enchantment, to help you manage your account. If you’re not a Premium member but would like to join us for just £7 a month or £70 a year, please use the upgrade button below.

HOW TO ACCESS AND MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

To view Premium material on the website, you must be signed in, otherwise the system doesn’t know you’re a Premium member, and if you’re not signed in and click on a Premium post you’ll be asked to upgrade.

To sign in, go to the home page at https://theartofenchantment.org, click ‘sign in’ in the top right corner, and enter the email address you used to subscribe (if you were migrated across from Substack recently, this will be the same email address that you used for your Substack account). A lot of sign-in errors occur because members sometimes don’t realise that they signed up or paid with a secondary email address, so if the one you think is associated with your account doesn’t work, please try any others you might have used before contacting us for support. Once you’ve entered the correct email address, you’ll be emailed a code which you’ll need to enter to log in. If you prefer to set a password, you can do this at this stage instead.

When you are logged in, you’ll have access to all Premium material.

To manage your account: you’ll see a little icon that looks like a head and shoulders in the top menu bar on the right of any page on the website. Hover over that and you’ll see ‘manage profile’. This is the place where you can view and manage your subscription, and update your billing info.

RECEIVING EMAILS AND USING THE WEBSITE

Every time a new article/ post is placed on the website, you’ll receive an email with the content of that post. Please note, however, that for reasons of security email clients don’t allow audio and video embeds to be placed in emails. That means that if an email from us contains an audio or video file, you will need to click through from the email to listen/ watch on the website, in your web browser. Simply click the ‘Read online’ link which appears below the title section of each emailed post, and you’ll be taken directly to the relevant page. Remember to ensure you’re signed in to see it!

Although we’ll always send out emails when new material is available, then, your first port of call for all your material should always be the website home page, or the ‘Archive’ tab on the top menu bar, as that’s where everything is stored and available to you throughout your membership.

The home page is organised into sections so that you can easily find everything. If, for example, you want to see all the material relating to a particular short course or Summer School, just click on the ‘read all’ button in the ‘short courses’ section on the home page.

Because there is a lot of information on this site, including on the home page, we do strongly recommend where possible that if you’re looking for something specific it will be very much easier to find it on a laptop or desktop rather than on your phone.

USING THE COMMUNITY

Premium membership comes with access to our built-in community forum. To join, please click on ‘Community’ in the top menu bar. You might be asked to sign in again. At the moment, the Community feature on beehiiv is very new and still in beta, and so improvements are ongoing. (At the moment, for example, there isn’t a link back to the main website though I’ve asked for this to be added during the next update.) You can post in any of the named channels, except for the noticeboard section. Please do try to use the most appropriate channel for your post to increase the chances of members seeing and responding to it.

All short courses will have their own channel for ongoing conversations while the course is running (and afterwards!)

A REMINDER OF WHAT YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP ENTITLES YOU TO

Premium membership gives you access to my full archive, including all short courses, as well as new weekly work focused on myth and fairy tales, on depth/ archetypal psychology and the mythic imagination, on women’s stories, and on the nature of calling and finding our place in this world.

You’ll receive:

– Mini-courses, like our September 2026 series on the Grail mythology within the Arthurian traditions.
– Monthly ‘Myth & Fairy Tale Salons’, in which you can join me for live Zoom sessions to talk about these beautiful old stories in greater depth. (If a short course is running, the live sessions for that course will replace the monthly Myth & Fairy Tale Salon sessions.)
– Each year, I host a Myth Summer School: and intensive, weeks-long dive into a set of related stories.
– Access to an embedded community with individual discussion channels on various subjects of interest to us all. Here, you’ll be able to post your own threads and information, and engage in conversation with me and with other members of the community.
– ‘On the couch’, an occasional ‘advice column’ where I give a long-form answer to one of your questions about an aspect of our journey through life that you’d like help with– Long-form articles and opinion pieces in my specialist areas
– ‘Ask me anything’ opportunities
– Priority early-bird access to my residential retreats, which have a tendency to sell out quickly

All online sessions are recorded for later viewing. You can find live session dates on the Calendar page.
